Principles of Training

With an acute understanding of the body, Vilma works one on one with you to design a workout program that is tailor made to your needs, and your goals. With a diverse spectrum of methods, techniques and equipment, as a team you will curate and cultivate a plan to hone and tone your target areas, hit goals, and create a body that supersedes your own expectations.

There is no-one quite like you, no two bodies the same, and that's why generic mass targeted workout classes might not be working for you. Vilma recognizes the diversity of every extraordinary body, and works one on one with you to establish your goals, whilst also taking into account personal needs, such as muscle imbalance, tightness or injury. This one on one training gives you the attention to detail care you deserve, with a focus on form, precision and protection, to make sure every move targets the muscle groups it's supposed to, preventing injury or instability.

If you dread a work out, you aren't working out RIGHT!  To see your body get stronger, tighter, lighter and longer, and do so in a nurturing and empowering environment, will be all the incentive you need to keep up the work, and the body you have created!

Vilma focuses on variety in your personalized program - by mixing up your workout routine and incorporating new and diverse exercises, you will not only avoid plateauing, but you will keep challenging your body so that you never stop seeing progress, and stay mentally engaged in the process.
