There is no-one quite like you, no two bodies the same, and that's why generic mass targeted workout classes might not be working for you. Vilma recognizes the diversity of every extraordinary body, and works one on one with you to establish your goals, whilst also taking into account personal needs, such as muscle imbalance, tightness or injury. This one on one training gives you the attention to detail care you deserve, with a focus on form, precision and protection, to make sure every move targets the muscle groups it's supposed to, preventing injury or instability.
